PAYMENT: Payments are made by check or PayPal All charges are due and payable at time of purchase. Hosting fees (if applicable) are reoccurring and are due each month unless you cancel your account. The hosting setup fee is a one time fee which is payable when you initially purchase our service. Each month we will send you an invoice indicating what fees are due and payable at that time. It is your responsibility to log into your PayPal account and transfer the required funds to our account or if paying by check you must ensure we receive payment before due date. If you decide to purchase additional pages later those fees are due at time of purchase.
REFUNDS: No refunds are available for any fees, including hosting fees, setup fees, search engine submission fees or domain name registration fees. These fees will have been paid to providers and are non-recoverable. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the fees associated with the building of the website if you are not happy with our work or we do not provide you a website similar to the websites we have previously built.
The website you purchase from us will include all the features you selected at time of purchase. We will build this website within a reasonable time frame 1-3 weeks to build the Basic Website Package, 30-60 days to build the Bronze, and Silver Ecommerce Website Packages. The Gold Ecommerce Package website should also be up and running within this time frame (30-60 days) but may require a longer time frame to complete.
You are under no obligation to continue this agreement and can cancel at any time with the understanding that we will not be able to provide you any monetary refunds other than the fee required to built the website within 30 days.
